Our unique competence is in tailoring business simulations for our customers. Business simulations are an efficient way of creating understanding and to train management and co-workers in the consequences of behavior. By imitating reality, everyone participating can learn from their own experience.<\/p>\n<h3>IT BEGAN IN 2004<\/h3>\n<p>The purpose was to combine business acumen, entrepreneurship and leadership into a single offering aimed at companies undergoing change. Our clients are usually the CEO, a management team or a human resources department.
